The above home was one of many rundown and dilapidated homes in this community. This particular house however was one of the larger homes. It was both unsafe, and holding back the potential of this historic neighborhood.

A fter it was purchased by the owner, and CEO of the "Rehabber's Superstore, Inc." Kenneth Rushing, he transformed it into one of the most beautiful homes in the area.
